Cain was at an orphanage in 2071 ran by Sister Clara. He was with other children including Sean and Zuzu when Edward arrived with Faye Valentine. Along with the other excited children there, he swarmed Faye Valentine and showed her his mechanical toy. He later had a meal with everyone.[1]
