Alisa is a business owner on Ganymede.
Alisa had a relationship with Jet Black for a long time in the early 2060s when he worked for the ISSP. However, she became increasingly unsatisfied, as she felt she had no independence outside of their relationship. One day, she decided she had to end it and left Jet, leaving for him a watch and a note that simply said, "Farewell."
Alisa later started a relationship with Rhint Celonias. Rhint was very protective of her, and they had a good relationship.
Alisa started to run a bar called La Fin by 2071. However, business became slow as the area was much less trafficked than it used to be. Alisa decided to take out a loan with Law Rentzuo in order to keep the bar open. This proved to be a mistake, as Rentzuo came to threaten her to repay. Celonias fought them and killed Rentzuo, unfortunately incurring a bounty on himself. Due to both the hard times and the bounty, she decided she had to close the bar.
On the last day of the bar being open, Alisa was surprised to see Jet, who was visiting Ganymede. With a happy demeanor, she introduced Rhint and insisted things were all right despite the bar's closing. After Rhint left, Jet asked her why she left him years ago, but she was cryptic about it, unwilling to explain it all. After Jet left, Rhint came back and very quickly worried when he learned Jet was a bounty hunter. Alisa encouraged Rhint to leave, and they ran, but Jet caught up with them and captured them. Alisa then told Jet that the reason she left him was because she wanted more independence, even if her choices were terrible mistakes. Jet accepted this and left.[2]
